Position: Senior Contract Engineer.
Location: COMPANY HQ at Tripoli
Department: Contract.
Required Qualification & Criteria:
- Participated in Petroleum Engineering Projects
- Involved in Tendering of Engineering Projects.
- Good Background in technical, legal and commercial.
- Command of English language and Computer literate.
- Development and updating standard documentation.
- Development and updating required procedures.
- Implementation of the DUET concept (Team Work).
- Development of suitable contracting strategies with liaison with the concerned departments.
- Identification and development of local contractors.
- Implementation of a supplier relationship management including periodic assessment of the quality of the services .
- Formulation and preparation of various types of industrial contracts and agreement.
- Resolving contractual, commercial and/or technical qualifications. .
- Finalize the contractual documents according to the company Standard Contracts.
- Determine the commercial conditions, which best serve the company’s interests.
- Preparation & Review of call for tender “CFT” packages, Contracts and Agreements.
- Prepare and issue contract amendments, Addendum Change- order and Service Order and Request for Services.
- Provide and prepare minutes of meeting, reports and any other tasks related to contracts business.
- Maintain adequate contracts log, filing and archives system of all Company Contracts.
- Use of Contracts Management System ‘CMS’ Software for Tender and Contracts input update.
