“تعلن شركة مبروك للعمليات النفطية رغبتها في استكمال بيع عدد 9 سيارات مخرده متبقية من المزاد السابق والذي اقيم  في 01 مارس 2014 على اساس البيع بالمزاد العلني .

  فعلى الراغبين بالمشاركة في المزاد التكميلي الحضور بطرابلس بمنطقة السبعه بطريق فرعي على اليمين يبعد 300 م تقريبا على الرئيسي بعد الإشارة الضوئيه بستمائة متر ( 600 م ) تقريبا

    وتقدم العروض على النموذج المعد من قبل الشركة في اظرف مغلقة مدونا بها وبشكل واضح اسم المتقدم  و رقم هاتفه الشخصي و مدونا عليه من الخارج رقم السيارة المعنية, مصحوبة بصورة عن بطاقة الهوية و بصك مصدق لصالح” شركة مبروك للعمليات النفطية” بقيمة 10% من العرض المقدم كضمان يرجع في حالة عدم ارساء المزاد على المعني ولن يعتد بالدفع نقدا, وسيتم خصم الضمان لمن يرسو عليه العطاء  من قيمة السيارة المباعة وسوف لن تنظر اللجنة في العرض غير المرفق بضمان الجدية .

تقدم العروض يوم الثلاثاء 18/03/2014 الساعه الحادية صباحا بنفس موقع عرض السيارات و يتم الاعلان عن الفائزين بنفس اليوم وبنفس الموقع.

Coach drilling engineers as required· Lead the Onshore Drilling Operations for program application and troubleshooting· Design well architecture for Onshore sequence· Verify Intend to drill: objective is to have approval of well N+2 while drilling well N · Ensure edition of drilling program of well N+1 at spud of well N · Ensure Final Well Report edition of well N before end of well N+1 · Animate or assist onshore drilling engineer pre-spud meetings · Implement budget and cost control for onshore wells · Follow drilling onshore stock and launch in advance the orders (market surveys or CFT) · Conduct Call for Tenders for Supply and Services as required · Ensure administrative links between drilling department (each dedicated contract holder) and related services contracts. · Ensure Focal point for studies –RFS between entity and FP if needed. · Ensure QA/QC of the engineering data stored, specially ensure well survey database QA/QC · Prepare feasibility studies on future wells and new technologies; Establish drilling benchmarks and follows up KPIs and ALIs · In liaison with Corporate Planning, focuses on long terms projects and carries out risk assessment. · Ensure the update of well profiles and engineering files in the Drilling Department Software (T-Desk) · Verify drilling feasibility, T&D, hydraulics calculations for future horizontal wells · Represent new technologies. · Prepare input for TCM or workshops with NOC or FP · Prepare the FDP input for the drilling contribution Qualifications / experience required · Education : B.Sc. in Petroleum, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent, Computer literate, fluent English. · Professional experience: Minimum 10 years in oil industry, Good knowledge of all services provided by drilling services companies . · Required competencies : Good knowledge of TOTAL Company rules.  

Drilling Engineer

Drilling Engineer Published date: 7 th October 2013 Activities · To ensure that all planed MOO drilling operations are thoroughly engineered, programmed, and implemented in safe and efficient manner in compliance with the prescribed requirements and standards. · To prepare drilling engineering programs, reports and procedures, and ensure that such reports are in accordance with the MOO policy and procedures. · Prepare the wells’ AFE and contribute to the consolidation of wells’ ITD, prepare and issue corresponding drilling program. · Prepare in liaison with other drilling sections the standing drilling instructions (SDI) related to the drilling operations. · Carry out the technical studies for drilling operations, associated with the development program (well trajectory feasibility, drilling hydraulic and BHA design, drill bits, well bore stability, etc) and propose solutions to improve the course of drilling development. · Maintain the Wellview and the Advise data base, write the drilling sections of the “End of Well Report”, compile the final document, prepare and issue weekly/ monthly /annual reports. · Participate, in collaboration with the drilling superintendent follow-up and assess the performance of the drilling contractors and service companies, analyse their non-productive time (NPT) and provide solutions in view of their improvement. · Participate to the preparation of drilling services call for tenders, analyse the technical and economical bid and propose recommendation of award and manage corresponding service contracts. · Anticipate in liaison with drilling superintendent the needs (LLI). · Scout technological novelties (Rotary steerable, etc), assesses their suitability to Company’s operational requirements, evaluate their commercial and technical impact and make recommendations for implementation when advisable. · Provide input to budget preparation, prepare rig site cost control price book and follow up incurred costs. · Perform frequent rig site visit and ensure proper implementation of programs, procedures and new techniques. Senior Reservoir Simulation Engineer

Activities
  • Ensure exhaustive comprehension and handling of the existing models and their regular up-dates in order to integrate new information and benefit from new simulation techniques (e.g. dual porosity-dual permeability modeling, etc …) mainly black oil. Composition modelling is an advantage.
  • Validate external studies (PVT, SCAL, model construction, new techniques, etc …) and ensure proper integration of the results into the models..
  • Provide a direct and close supervision to the reservoir engineers working under his section in order to have them more autonomous. The progress of the related engineers in their discipline will be part of the candidate yearly evaluation
  • Provide to the Onshore & Offshore Reservoir Development engineers robust and industrial dynamic models allowing them to perform sensitivity cases, development well target optimiza-tion and production optimization.
  • Provide reserves calculations for the fields operated by MOO, whether at appraisal, develop-ment or production stage. Keep the reserves permanently updated taking into account studies results and production data analysis and prepare annual reserves reporting complying with both NOC and Total formats and defini-tions, and keeping consistency with both systems

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understand/Follow up the process of the Budget and Reporting including the participation in the design of the Budget architecture.

Keep contact with the technical departments regarding the work program and assist/challenge them for the valorization.

Maintain permanent communication with Finance cost controllers to improve quality of valorization, analysis and reports.

Review the commitments/analytical chart of accounts and make sure that the accuracy of information in the financial systems.

Familiarize her/him-self with all the reports required by the owners according to EPSA and specifically prepare the cost recovery reports for the two entities.

Assist the Budget coordinator in monitoring commitments, period closing and accurate analysis including urgent reports needed by Finance manager.

Prepare her/him-self as a backup of the Budget coordinator or Business Asset cost controller (for billing mainly) whenever is needed.

On 28 Oct. 2013 company hosted a meeting of oil security  protection committee of NOC , chairman from NOC and 10 members from oil companies plus specialized international security companies .

ملخص وصف العمل :

 

يشمل وصف العمل خدمات نقل داخل مدينة طرابلس وخارجها للحقول والموانيء. كذلك خدمات نقل من ميناء مصراتة الى حقل المبروك والعكس

فعلى الشركات المحلية المتخصصة والذين لديهم الرغبة الجادة في المشاركة في هذه المناقصة التكرم بتقديم المستندات المطلوبة ابتداء من يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 2013/10/22  حتى الساعة 12  ظهرا الى يوم الخميس الموافق 2013/10/31  وذلك بالتسليم المباشر من طرف مندوبيها ولايسمح بسحب كراسة العطاء بعد ذلك التاريخ الا للمتقدمين الذين لهم القدرة على توفير المستندات المطلوبة وفق الشروط التالية :
