Coach drilling engineers as required· Lead the Onshore Drilling Operations for program application and troubleshooting· Design well architecture for Onshore sequence· Verify Intend to drill: objective is to have approval of well N+2 while drilling well N · Ensure edition of drilling program of well N+1 at spud of well N · Ensure Final Well Report edition of well N before end of well N+1 · Animate or assist onshore drilling engineer pre-spud meetings · Implement budget and cost control for onshore wells · Follow drilling onshore stock and launch in advance the orders (market surveys or CFT) · Conduct Call for Tenders for Supply and Services as required · Ensure administrative links between drilling department (each dedicated contract holder) and related services contracts. · Ensure Focal point for studies –RFS between entity and FP if needed. · Ensure QA/QC of the engineering data stored, specially ensure well survey database QA/QC · Prepare feasibility studies on future wells and new technologies; Establish drilling benchmarks and follows up KPIs and ALIs · In liaison with Corporate Planning, focuses on long terms projects and carries out risk assessment. · Ensure the update of well profiles and engineering files in the Drilling Department Software (T-Desk) · Verify drilling feasibility, T&D, hydraulics calculations for future horizontal wells · Represent new technologies. · Prepare input for TCM or workshops with NOC or FP · Prepare the FDP input for the drilling contribution Qualifications / experience required · Education : B.Sc. in Petroleum, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent, Computer literate, fluent English. · Professional experience: Minimum 10 years in oil industry, Good knowledge of all services provided by drilling services companies . · Required competencies : Good knowledge of TOTAL Company rules.
