Mabruk Oil Operations (MOO) invites interested local and international companies (or their representatives) specializing in Offshore Marine Services to be ready for Pre-qualification and tendering for stevedoring, handling & lifting equipment’s at Company Marine base in Tripoli sea port as follows Scope of Work: To provide, as from 1^st of May 2016, high quality stevedoring services at company Marine Base in Tripoli port to tug boats including cranes, fork lifts lowbed trucks and specialized manpower for contract period of two to three years. Participation: This announcement will remain posted on the NOC & MOO websites until 12:00 hrs local time, 13/03/ 2016. Accordingly, all interested bidders should submit their offer as per (Pre-qualification questionnaire and tender documents) on 27/03/2016 at 12:00 noon. Any document submitted after this date will be disregarded. The Pre-qualification questionnaire and tender documents will be made available to interested bidders to be received by hand upon formal request which should clearly indicate the name of the company, address, and phone number, person to contact and its title, an email address and stating clearly their intention and interest to participate.
