  • The highest HSE responsible is the Chairman.
  • HSE is integral part of operational responsibility.
  • Each Operational Site Manager is formally nominated as Responsible Safety Environment on Site (RSES) by the CPTL Chairman.
  • The HSE Department has the responsibility to manage the improvement in HSE on behalf of the Chairman.
  • The HSE personnel on Sites have the same duty on behalf of the RSES.
  • Emergency Response means and organization are permanently maintained.
