Computer Leasing Survey

po Mabruk Oil operation wishes to carry out the survey regarding the leasing of PC’s & laptops for interested companies for a three year contract.  Scope of services:
  • Leasing of Computers, Laptops and Workstations including SLA
  • The total numbers of PC are 300 approx
  • The total numbers of Laptops are 130 approx
Interested companies to comply with the following
  • Registration in Libya
  • Equipment brand to be Dell, HP, Toshiba or Acer
  • SLA

تعلن شركة المبروك للعمليات النفطية عن رغبتها في طرح عطاء لخدمات النقل

 

ملخص وصف العمل :

 

يشمل وصف العمل خدمات نقل داخل مدينة طرابلس وخارجها للحقول والموانيء. كذلك خدمات نقل من ميناء مصراتة الى حقل المبروك والعكس

فعلى الشركات المحلية المتخصصة والذين لديهم الرغبة الجادة في المشاركة في هذه المناقصة التكرم بتقديم المستندات المطلوبة ابتداء من يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 2013/10/22  حتى الساعة 12  ظهرا الى يوم الخميس الموافق 2013/10/31  وذلك بالتسليم المباشر من طرف مندوبيها ولايسمح بسحب كراسة العطاء بعد ذلك التاريخ الا للمتقدمين الذين لهم القدرة على توفير المستندات المطلوبة وفق الشروط التالية :

1 – ان يكون بحوزة المندوب تخويل رسمي صادر رسميا من الجهة التي يمثلها ويكون مصحوبا ببطاقة اثبات هوية (بطاقة شخصية او جواز سفر)

2- احضار ما يفيد تخصص المتقدم للعطاء (رخصة مزاولة النشاط سارية المفعول)

3- صورة من مستخرج رسمي حديث من السجل التجاري

4- صورة من شهادة القيد بالغرفة التجارية (سارية المفعول)

5- شهادة اثبات سداد الضريبة سارية المفعول

6- صورة من عقد التأسيسي للشركة

7- صورة من النظام الأساسي للشركة

8- رسالة رسمية صادرة من الشركة باسم الشخص المخول بتوقيع العقد في حالة الترسية

9- مستند رسمي يثبت ملكية المقر او عقد الانتفاع ( لغير المالك)

يتم سحب كراسة العطاء بعد عشرة أيام من تاريخ الاعلان  ويستمر لمدة اسبوع فقط على ان يكون سحب الكراسة من مكتب الاخ مدير ادارة المشتريات على العنوان التالي :

Rig removal from Al jurf Field

Mabruk oil operation would like to announce the completion of the Rig removal from Aljurf Field on the 1st Oct 2013, MOO’s Chairman and OC members would like to take this occasion to thank all MOO employee and NOC for their effort in achieving this project.  

2013 WORLD SAFETY Celebration

2013 WORLD SAFETY was celebrated this year by both companies MOO & TEP Libye and in the presence of their respective Management.

The celebration day was done in Dhat El Imad Conference Centre, where both companies employees were gathered.

This year’s main topics were mainly focused on: *HSE Basics,*TOTAL Golden Rules,*Industrial Hygiene,*Environment_ Waste Management,*Traffic / Driving The Site Managers of Al Jurf Field Mabruk Field organised this event with a more concentration at work and more safety challenges.

System Administrator Assistanct

Mabruk Oil Operations announces the following vacant position: System Administrator Assistanct:
  • Install, maintain and operate the different specific servers. In particular (MS exchange 2003, MS exchange 2010, ISA 2006, Active directory, DHCP, DNS) in all location 
  • Ensure that ISIT security regulations are applied (antivirus, firewall, security permission).
  • Maintain and operate the Cisco routers and switch’s
  • Install, maintain and operate general backup facilities (EMC networker) including daily, weekly and monthly backup.
  • Permanently check the systems are working properly.
  • Assist the Infrastructure supervisor in defining the IT evolution and upgrades.
Context and environment Job Location: Tripoli. Qualifications and experiences:
  • B.sc in Computer.
  • Spoken and written English Language.
  • 5 Years of experience in system administration

Mr Christophe de Margerie visit to Libya

On the occasion of Mr Christophe de Margerie visit to Libya, on January 28th 2013, Mabruk Oil Operations OC and Managers attended a dinner invitation. During his speech, Mr. Margerie welcomed attendees and congratulated TEP and Mabruk for all their efforts in restoring the operations after the revolution stating that TOTAL / Mabruk was the first company to do so in Libya.

HSE Work Shop

MOO HSE Department had organized first HSE work shop on 10/01/2013 with the presence of MOO Chairman and OC member Mr. J. DUPAS and NOC representative , TEPL Chairman Mr. Bernard Avignon with his team from HSE and BD departments , Statoil / Wintershall ,HSE managers . HSE WORKSHOP participated discussed the required indicators / process to develop HSE performance and how to engage with stakeholders to identify key areas for improvement , to promote HSE Management system by ongoing measurement / evaluation of performance against the established standard.

OC Visit To Farwah

OC Chairman of Mabruk Oil Operations, Mr. A. Aboulsayen along with the Oil Movement & Shipping Supt. Mr. Y. Shneba witnessed the offloading operation conducted onboard in Al Jurf field – FPSO Farwah Terminal on the 2nd of Nov. 2011. The Chairman upon witnessing this operation thanked site manager and all crew members for their well-organized teamwork.

On the 23/09/2010 a meeting was held between Mabruk Oil Operations and Jowfe company for Oil Technology with the participation of the Chairman of the Operators Committee of Mabruk and the Chairman of the Management Committee of Jowfe
