| Participation: The Pre-qualification questionnaire will be made available to interested companies only upon formal request, which should clearly indicate the name of the company, address, phone number, person to contact and its title, and email address, and state clearly their intention and interest to participate. | |

Announcement (To Vendors for E-Registration)
Mabruk Oil Operations Company (hereinafter referred to as the MOO) invites interested local and international companies (or their representatives) to partake in the electronic vendor registration process.
Vendors/contractors local/International already registered must re-register to update their information.
The E-vendor registration criteria shall be determined by Mabruk Oil Operations at its sole discretion. Mabruk Oil Operations reserves its right to reject any and/or all participants at its sole discretion. Mabruk Oil Operations’ discretion is not subject to appeal.
This E-vendor registration invitation does not imply any commitment or obligation, implied or otherwise, for Mabruk Oil Operations to launch a call for tender or enter into a contract.
All costs of whatsoever nature incurred in the E-vendor registration and submission of the documents shall be borne by participating companies.

The e-vendor registration invitation is not an invitation to tender.

مشاركة السيد رئيس لجنة المشغل في أعمال المنتدى الفرنسي-الليبي في باريس
شاركت المؤسسة الوطنية للنفط، بوفد من كبار المسؤولين في الشركات التابعة لقطاع النفط، أول أمس الاثنين الموافق 20 يونيو 2022، في أعمال المنتدى الاقتصادي الفرنسي- الليبي، الذي أقيم برعاية الاتحاد العام لغرف التجارة والصناعة والزراعة، وتنظيم الغرفة الفرنسية-الليبية مع جمعية أرباب العمل الفرنسية “MEDEFl”.
قدم السادة ممثلو المؤسسة الوطنية للنفط، وهم رئيس لجنة إدارة المشغل لشركة “مبروك” للعمليات النفطية السيد عبد الباسط الرفاعي، والمستشار الفني لرئيس مجلس الإدارة والمدير التنفيذي لشركة مرزق الدكتور خليفة عبد الصادق، خلال مداخلاتهم، لمحة مستفيضة عن بيئة العمل في قطاع الهيدروكربونات في ليبيا، ودعوا الشركات الفرنسية العاملة في القطاع إلى المساهمة في رفع القدرة الإنتاجية والدخول عن طريق الشركات الوطنية، مؤكدين أن الفرصة متاحة للجميع.
وأعلن الجانب الفرنسي الذي ضمّ مدير عام وكالة “MEDEF” الدولية السيد فليب قوتيه، ورئيس الغرفه الليبية الفرنسية السيد جيروم باغت، ومدير ملف الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا بوزارة الخزانة الفرنسية السيدة بوهاردي اود، خلال مداخلاتهم، عن رغبة الشركات الفرنسية في تعزيز العلاقات الاقتصادية في جميع المجالات، وفي قطاع الهيدروكربونات على وجه الخصوص.
كما شهد الحدث مشاركة مسؤولين بالشركة العامة للكهرباء والشركة القابضة للاتصالات، وممثلين عن البنوك الليبية وبيوت الخبرة القانونية الفرنسية، وعدد كبير من رجال الأعمال ورؤساء الشركات الفرنسية الناشطة والمهتمة بالاستثمار في عدة مجالات داخل الدولة الليبية.
Installation of Booster pump skid on Test Separator
Mabruk Oil Operations (hereinafter referred to as the MOO) invites interested local and international companies (or their representatives), that are specialized and competent in providing installation of Booster pump skid on Test separator to participate in the Pre-qualification process.
The participant should have the required technical and financial resources and submit to Mabruk Oil Operations their completed Pre-qualification documents in accordance with the provisions included in this announcement and detailed in the pre-qualification questionnaire for evaluation.

اجتماع الجمعية العمومية لشركةمبروك للعمليات النفطية بالمؤسسة الوطنية للنفط لسنة 2021-2022
حيث عقد صباح يوم الأربعاء الموافق 5 يناير 2022 الاجتماع السنوي لشركة “مبروك” للعمليات النفطية، برئاسة رئيس مجلس إدارة المؤسسة الوطنية المهندس مصطفى صنع الله، وبحضور أعضاء مجلس إدارة المؤسسة أبو القاسم شنقير، والعماري محمد، وجاد الله العوكلي، ورئيس لجنة إدارة المشغل بشركة مبروك عبد الباسط الرفاعي، ورئيس لجنة الملاك عبد الله البرق.
كما حضر الإجتماع أعضاء لجنة إدارة المشغل يوسف قريو، وحسني بادى، وعضو لجنة إدارة الملاك بالشركة فاضل عقيل، ، ورئيس وعضو هيئة المراقبة للشركة، والمديرون العامون، ومديرو الإدرات والمختصون من المؤسسة والشركة.
