Mabruk Oil Operations Company (hereinafter referred to as the MOO) invites interested local and international companies (or their representatives) to partake in the electronic vendor registration process.  

Vendors/contractors local/International already registered must re-register to update their information.

The E-vendor registration criteria shall be determined by Mabruk Oil Operations at its sole discretion. Mabruk Oil Operations reserves its right to reject any and/or all participants at its sole discretion. Mabruk Oil Operations’ discretion is not subject to appeal.  

This E-vendor registration invitation does not imply any commitment or obligation, implied or otherwise, for Mabruk Oil Operations to launch a call for tender or enter into a contract.

All costs of whatsoever nature incurred in the E-vendor registration and submission of the documents shall be borne by participating companies.

The e-vendor registration invitation is not an invitation to tender.

1. Article of Association for the Company
2. Commercial Registration Certificate
3. Chamber of Commerce Registration Certificate
4. Tax Certificate
5. Power of Attorney stating Authorized Signatories
6. Authorized agent/Distributer (if available)
7.  Company Profile
8. Activity License – valid
